Yummy Coconut milk yam Porridge
How make coconut milk porridge
Ingredients:
⦁ yam
⦁ fresh coconut milk
⦁ carrots
⦁ spinach
⦁ green and yellow bell pepper
⦁ Cameroon pepper
⦁ onion
⦁ salt,maggi cube.
⦁ crayfish
⦁ shrimps/ liver
PREP......
⦁ cut your yam into small square sizes after peeling, rinse and and add enough water to prevent blackening and side.
⦁ clean and dice your carrots,bell peppers, onion to your preferable size
⦁ clean your shrimps. if you are using liver, boil,dice,fry and set aside.
⦁ clean spinach and set aside without slicing
1. place yam in a clean pot and add a cup of water, salt and let boil for 8 minutes
2. add a cup of coconut milk, diced onion, Cameroon pepper and seasoning cubes let it it cook for another 15 minutes
3. add crayfish, give it a stir and add shrimps before closing and let it cook for another 5minute.
4. stir after 5 minutes and taste..
5. add diced bell peppers and a handful of whole spinach give it stir, turn of the heat and close the pot for another 2minutes
6. voila....food is ready serve with any protein of your choice......
