How to make peppered gizzard

Ingredients
10 servings
1. 2 kg gizzard
2. 1kg pepper
3. 2 bulb onions
4. 2 cups veg oil
5. salt
6. 2 knorr cube
7. Bell pepper
Procedure
1. Wash and spice gizzard and parboil for 20 mins, turn off heat and set aside
2. Wash pepper and roughly blend pepper without adding water, dice onions and set aside
3. Heat up the vegetable oil and fry gizzard NOTE: take out the gizzard once it turns brown, no one once to eat an over dried gizzard)
4. Reduce oil from the pan, add chopped onions, fry for 1 minute and add blended pepper
5. Add knorr cube and salt, add gizzard and stir till it is mixed evenly
6. Add chopped onion and bell pepper then turn off the heat and let it simmer for 5 minutes
Your peppered gizzard is ready… Enjoy!!!
